Kenneth Seifert, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Seifert is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School.  He is certified in by the American Board of Surgery and has a certificate of Special Qualifications in Vascular Surgery from the American Board of Surgery.  He has over 30 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins, spider veins, venous ulcers, leg pain and thrombophlebitis.  He as many years of experience in laser and VNUS closure, microphebectomy and minimally invasive techniques in the removal of varicose veins. 

 

He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Utah and a fellowship in peripheral vascular surgery at the University of South Florida. He was on the faculty of the University of South Florida and in private practice in Florida and did both arterial and vein surgery. In 2008 he returned to Utah and joined Dr. Wilkinson at the Vascular Care Center of Salt Lake. He lives in Park City and sees patients in an office of the Vascular Care Center in Park City.
 
Prior to medical school, Dr. Seifert graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he was engaged in laser research. Dr. Seifert is uniquely qualified to treat vein disease.
